So, based on what my Tiktok is saying, and what Chani is telling me, I’m entering a new phase in my life. Let me be clear, I’m not a superstitious person, not religious, vaguely spiritual, though I definitely believe in “energy.” And what I mean by that is, the energy you put out into the world is the energy you get back. Do good, be a good person, and good things will happen to you. It’s something I’ve carried with me since I was a naive teenager.
To that, I’ve been feeling these changes lately, seeing them show up in my life, and honestly, I’m super ready. I’ve always been someone who looks forward to change. I think embracing and rolling with the waves is an important skill in life. And Kyle and I talk a lot about what’s on the horizon, and how we can best navigate the potential uncertainties. I’ve decided that I’m going to spend the next couple of months and figure out a plan. I know the general idea, though I want to take my time in ensuring I set a proper foundation for my future, and what that entails. I can tell you that this newsletter, and The Fox Is Black generally, is going to go through a growth spurt.
In the meantime, enjoy some recent links from the site, and I hope your week is wonderful 💙

🫓 — Charming Parisian Pita Sandwich Shop Dizen Makes the Most of A Small Space
Obsessed with this charming little pita sandwich shop in Paris’ Pigalle area. They have this tiny little menu, and they’re serving up a traditional Israeli street food called sabich, which in Hebrew stands for its initials (SBH) – salat, beitzah, hazilim (salad, egg, eggplant).
I'm entering a new season as well (Virgo) and I think your growth spurt is inspiring/motivating me to start my newsletter.
Thanks for continuing to share and for the increased openness and vulnerability!
